I waited at the reception for 3.5 hours. I registered 3 days ago. liars, the way they treat tourists is disgusting, I don't recommend staying at this motel, terrible, they don't answer the phone, I stayed in the car to sleep, I was horrified by Thailand

They don't give me my deposit..... When I'm check out no one in reception And I have flight so can't wait for staff I leave msg in reception and give my Bank AC number but still no one reply and... I also call there number but no one answer Very bad experience...... They don't care about customer

Nice place with spacy rooms and reasonable prices. Some problems with wi-fi in peak hours (when everyone come back and start watching movies or I don't know), so sometimes to continue work meetings I had to switch to mobile internet. Patrons from clubs across the road sometimes were noisy in the night, but overall, I've enjoyed month spent here. Good value place.

This hotel is quite a walk from the beach - about 15 min walk BUT you get to walk pass the markets and bars. Their basic accommodation is a bit cramped but adequate. They have a fridge and kettle but no coffee or tea. My biggest dislike was their bathrooms. It's just one small open space with a shower head right next to the toilet. The shower area isn't closed off at all so everything gets wet, incl the toilet paper. Loved their breakfast though - nice selection, well cooked and generous portions.

Nice location near Patong beach and market. Room is nice, clean and comfortable. You can hear the traffic noise all night and that can be very bothersome. Staffs are nice but if they can be more specific to explaining the tour package the hotel is selling, it would be great. We purchased 1200 baht tour package to Phi Phi and were told they will take us to 4 islands. But they pretty much took you to Phi Phi for about 1.5 hours provided you with a poor lunch and headed back to the hotel. So yea, a return trip to Phi Phi with lunch for 1200, don’t buy it!
